Should your travel plans change, or you need to cancel the Camper for what ever reason, simply send us a message. You can do that here.

The following cancelation fees apply:

 

60 days or more until your booked pickup:

We will refund you the whole down payment that has already been paid. No questions asked.

 

59 to 30 days until your booked pickup:

We will keep 25% of the total booking value and refund the rest.

 

29 days or less until your booked pickup:

We will keep 50% of the total booking value and refund the rest.

Our Rebooking Policy:

You can always rebook your road trip once for the same or a higher amount of your initial booking. You’ll only be charged if there’s a price difference between your new and old dates. Current prices and Terms & Conditions at the time of rebooking apply.

Please note that to confirm your rebooked road trip, the full amount for the new booking must be paid directly.

However, a rebooked road trip can never be refunded nor rebooked again.

Our No-Show Policy:

In the event of you not collecting the rented vehicle at the agreed time without notification, the amount already paid will be retained in full.
