From Copenhagen Airport (Denmark) / Malmö

There are direct train connections from Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) and/or Malmö to Kalmar several times a day operated by Öresundståg. The average travel time on this connection is about 3:45 hours and if you are to enter the train at Copenhagen Airport you will also cross the famous 16km long Øresund Bridge which connects Denmark and Sweden. This is the perfect time to look out of the window at the passing scenery in happiness and anticipation of the campervan. You can also use the time to relax and go over your travel plans again. But don't worry, you are welcome to ask us all your questions. We are happy to help you.

You can check connections and buy your train tickets on the website of SJ or Öresundståg.

We recommend that you allow enough time between your arrival and train departure at the airport, so that you don't have to stress yourself or even miss the train in case of delays. Alternatively, you can buy your train tickets at the red ticket machine located at baggage claim or just before going down to the train platforms.

We are located in Timmernabben just 40km north of Kalmar. But you will not have to make it all the way here, as we normally hand over our Campers close to Kalmar Central Station.

Why do we do this? Simply because we want to make it as much relaxing and easy for you as possible. Also, Kalmar is the gateway to Öland and a perfect starting point for your Sweden road trip. You will find nearly all the big grocery stores as well as outdoor stores and fishing/hunting equipment shops. Oooh and an IKEA of course.
